I hope you find it helpful, enjoyable and thought provoking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have a long history in training, learning and development and HR. It all started many years ago when I realised that if I wanted to get on in the working world I would need to stand up and address groups of people \u2013 and the thought really scared me! So I decided to \u2018action\u2019 this by becoming a trainer. One of the best decisions I ever made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then I have been very fortunate with the opportunities that have come my way and the people I have been able to work with.&nbsp; If you want to learn more about my experience, it is detailed within the \u201cOur Company\u201d section of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Away from work, Peta and I have two fantastic children, a dog (Spotty) and a horse (Sasha).&nbsp; I enjoy travel \u2013 with a particular passion for America and Croatia.&nbsp; I also play at being a photographer, love live concerts, have a strange penchant for Twiglets, am a season ticket holder at Old Trafford (with my son as he supports Manchester United, not me) and follow Chester City and Lancashire County Cricket Club.
