I saw it as a picture on Linkedin, but it wasn\u2019t possible to work out who the originator was \u2013 so if you know, please let me know and I will credit their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is an excellent piece of communication \u2013 succinct, clear, informative, illustrative and fun.
