About Paul

Welcome to our blog. I hope you find it helpful, enjoyable and thought provoking.

I have a long history in training, learning and development and HR. It all started many years ago when I realised that if I wanted to get on in the working world I would need to stand up and address groups of people – and the thought really scared me! So I decided to ‘action’ this by becoming a trainer. One of the best decisions I ever made.

Since then I have been very fortunate with the opportunities that have come my way and the people I have been able to work with.  If you want to learn more about my experience, it is detailed within the “Our Company” section of the website.

Away from work, Peta and I have two fantastic children, a dog (Spotty) and a horse (Sasha).  I enjoy travel – with a particular passion for America and Croatia.  I also play at being a photographer, love live concerts, have a strange penchant for Twiglets, am a season ticket holder at Old Trafford (with my son as he supports Manchester United, not me) and follow Chester City and Lancashire County Cricket Club. And I’m sure other aspects of my life and personality will be revealed through the blog.

I hope you will take part in our blog – thank you in advance if you do – and if there is anything of particular interest or anything specific that you think I may be able to help you with, please drop me an email.
